Hotel Royal Batoo - Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir)

The hotel had an excellent location close to many tourist attractions. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the clean and spacious rooms. The food was excellent too, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

Our experience during Christmas was not very pleasant. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests and we had to wait long for our room to be cleaned.

THE ROOMS ARE STUFFY WITH NO PROPER VANTILATION .AIRCONDINITING IS AVERAGE. 100 PEOPLE APPLYING BUTTER FROM ONE BOUL, FOOD IS MOST HORRIBLE AND MOST ORDINERY BREAKFAST LAYOUT. MAAZA BOTTELS ARE THERE AS FRUIT JUICE...FILL YOUR CUP AND NEVER EVER ORDER FOR OMLET YOU WILL BE SERVED JAIN OMLET. I HAD BOOKING FOR 4 NIGHTS AND I SHIFTED TO R.K.SAROVAR HOTEL AFTER SPENDING FIRST HORRIBLE NIGHT.

It is so close to the airport. An easy base for exploring Srinagar.

For us it was ideal.

Enjoyed our stay here. the nearby Asha Bengali Dhaba is a great dining option, just a short 5-minute walk away. Perfect spot for a city break! 🍴

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a centrally located hotel in Srinagar. the hotel is in a purely residential area with no views, making it a serene and peaceful place to stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. the staff were welcoming and friendly, ensuring a warm and pleasant stay. the hotel offered a good restaurant, although the service and presentation could be improved.

The hotel lacked adequate choices of meals and the taste was disappointing. the absence of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms was also a drawback.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the good service and top-quality staff. the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Its location was also a plus, it was only a few minutes' drive from the main Srinagar attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city. the hotel's amazing restaurant served delicious breakfast and dinner options.
